CHOCOLATE LOVERS CLUB

The Chocolate Lovers Club is a loyalty program dedicated to mobile devices with the IOS or Android operating system, through which the Participant can participate in the Program.

All you have to do is download the Pijalnie Czekolady E.Wedel mobile application from the App Store or Google Play and register. To start, we have prepared a surprise gift for you!

When registering in the Pijalnie Czekolady E.Wedel mobile application, you can link your account to an existing physical card. Your points will be automatically transferred to the app.

If you do not want to use the Pijalnie Czekolady E.Wedel mobile application, you can still use the physical card. In addition, we have prepared a website for you https://portal.wedelpijalnie.pl:16201/login where you can register to control the number of points earned and manage your account.

Information on the rules of operation of the "Chocolate Lovers Club" Program is included in the Regulations. The Regulations are available on the website www.wedelpijalnie.pl in the Chocolate Lovers' Club tab, in the mobile application Pijalnie Czekolady E.Wedel as well as in the E.Wedel Chocolate Lounges participating in the Program. If you agree to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes and to receive marketing information, we will be able to inform you about promotions and news in our offer. If you give us your date of birth, you will also receive a birthday surprise from us.

With the Chocolate Lovers Club Card, for purchases made at E.Wedel Chocolate Lounges participating in the Program, points are awarded that can be exchanged for products and services from the Lounge offer, paying only PLN 0.10 for each product. In addition, additional benefits are provided for card holders, including: promotional coupons. If you agree and provide us with your date of birth, you will receive a birthday surprise and information about additional offers and benefits for Card holders, and if you additionally agree to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes and to receive marketing information, we will be able to send you also information about new products, events and other attractions.

Unused points expire within 3 months from the end of the Program or after 2 years from the date of registration of points on the Card, if the Program is not completed within this time.

Before making a payment, present the Chocolate Lovers Club card with every purchase at E.Wedel Chocolate Lounges participating in the Program and collect points. Points are awarded according to the conversion rate: 1 point for every full zloty spent on the purchase. The following products are not included in the program:

1. alcoholic beverages,

2. gift cards or vouchers,

3. goods or services purchased on promotional terms or sold at a discounted price.

For the purposes of exchanging points for products or services from the Pijalnia offer, a conversion rate is adopted in the Program, according to which 1 point registered on the Card is the equivalent of PLN 0.05.

Points can be exchanged for all products or services from Pijalnia Czekolady E.Wedel participating in the program, excluding:

1. alcoholic beverages,

2. gift cards or vouchers,

3. goods or services purchased on promotional terms or sold at a discounted price.

The condition for collecting products or services for Points is: collecting such a number of points that, when converted into PLN (according to the conversion rate above), will fully cover the gross amount for a given product and an additional payment of PLN 0.10 for each product.

Example: There are 100 points on the card, which is PLN 5 (100 points x PLN 0.05 = PLN 5). For this number of points, you can pick up a product from the our offer for up to PLN 5, paying only PLN 0.10.

If there are insufficient points on the Card to collect the prize, it is not possible to pay the missing value in cash.

The program card may only be used by an authorized person.

Immediately after losing the card, please contact us by sending an e-mail to the address klub@wedelpijalnie.pl in order to cancel the card. Then we will help you set up a new account in the Pijalnie Czekolady E.Wedel mobile application and transfer your points collected so far to it.

If you use the Pijalnie Czekolady E.Wedel mobile application, you can delete your account in the Settings > Delete account tab. Your account and personal data will be automatically deleted from the system. If you only have a physical card, please send a written statement of resignation from the program to the correspondence address of Pijalni Czekolady E.Wedel (ul. Zamoyskiego 28/30, 03-801 Warsaw), with the note: Klub Miłośników Czekolady or by sending an e-mail to klub@wedelpijalnie.pl.

Information about current promotions under the Program may be sent to the e-mail address provided in the registration form, via notifications in the application, PUSH notifications or SMS messages (depending on consents). In addition, in the application you will find a module with news and currently valid promotional coupons.

Personal data, i.e.: name, surname, postal code, e-mail address, mobile phone number can be changed using the Pijalnie Czekolady E.Wedel mobile application in the Settings tab. Here you can also change your password and marketing consents. If you only have a physical card of a member of the Chocolate Lovers Club, in order to change your personal data, please send an e-mail to the address klub@wedelpijalnie.pl or by post to the following address: 28/30 Zamoyskiego Street, 03-801 Warsaw with the note Pijalnie Czekolady E.Wedel - Chocolate Lovers Club.

Points can be registered on the Card if the Club Card is presented or the number of the bar code placed on the Card is provided. In exceptional cases, it is possible to find the Card by providing the following data: Name and Surname and e-mail address. These data should be provided in accordance with the personal data protection policy.

Points are awarded only for the purchase of products available at regular prices (excluding alcohols and vouchers and gift cards). Combining promotional offers is not possible.

You can check the number of points accumulated on the Card in the E.Wedel Chocolate Lounge mobile application and in the E.Wedel Chocolate Lounge participating in the Program.

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

Currently, our online store is not part of the Chocolate Lovers Club.

Yes, all you have to do is download the Pijalnie Czekolady E.Wedel mobile application and provide your card number as a member of the Chocolate Lovers Club during account registration. Your points from the physical card will be automatically assigned to your account in the mobile application.
