Personal data administrator
The administrator of personal data is the company Pijalnie Czekolady sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków (31-017), Rynek Główny 46, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000220088, with NIP 5213314972 and REGON 015844404, with share capital in the amount of PLN 2,300,000 (hereinafter: "Pijalnie Czekolady").

Purposes and legal basis for the processing of personal data
Personal data is processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR in order to implement our legitimate interests, i.e.: responding to your notifications sent via the contact form at www.wedelpijalnie.pl/oferta-dla-firm and storing correspondence, as well as determining, investigating, defending or execution of claims by Pijalnie Czekolady in connection with the submitted application.
Personal data is not used for automated decision making, including profiling.
Consequences of not providing personal data
Providing personal data in the application is voluntary, but necessary to provide an answer.
Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be made available to entities to which we commission the provision of services that require data processing, e.g. IT service providers, entities providing documentation archiving and destruction services, as well as our external advisors and auditors. Personal data may also be made available to authorized public authorities.
Personal data storage period
Personal data will be stored until the end of handling your application, and then until the expiry of the limitation period for claims. After this time, your personal data will be deleted.
Rights and complaint to the supervisory authority
You have the right to access your personal data, request rectification, deletion and limitation of processing, as well as the right to transfer it to another data administrator. To the extent that the legal basis for the processing of personal data is a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of data. In the case of personal data processed on the basis of your consent, you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The above rights can be exercised by sending a written notification to the address of Pijalni Czekolady (ul. Zamoyskiego 28/30, 03-801 Warsaw) or via e-mail: dane.osobowe@wedelpijalnie.pl
If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in Warsaw.
