Websites hosted at *.wedelpijalnie.pl are operated by Pijalnie Czekolady Ltd. based in Cracow, at Rynek Główny 46, 31-017 Kraków, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000220088, NIP 5213314972 and REGON 015844404, with share capital in the amount of PLN 2,300,000 ("Pijalnie") operating the chain of E.Wedel Chocolate Lounges. This Privacy Policy includes requirements that result from the provisions of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".

1. BASIC PRIVACY RULES 

Pijalnie take it as a priority to respect the privacy of *.wedelpijalnie.pl visitors. Pijalnie wish to identify visitors of the company's websites. Pijalnie do not share any personal data with any third party, unless with the User's consent or in the name of the law

2. DATA COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

As practiced commonly, Pijalnie store HTTP queries sent to server, which means that Pijalnie Ltd. know public IP addresses used to browse the content of websites within *.pijalniewedel.pl domain. Content is identified by URLs. Pijalnie Ltd. also register:

• query time,

• response time,
• identification via HTTP protocol,
• information on errors when processing HTTP transactions, ,
• URL of the previously visited website (referer link) - in case when the User has been redirected to *.wedelpijalnie.pl via link,
• type of web browser.

The information is not matched to particular visitors of *.pijalniewedel.pl.

3.DATA USE

The automatically collected information (including IP address and all other information stored in system logs) is stored for an indefinite period of time and can be used exclusively for administration of the website, diagnosing server problems, analysis of security violation acts, technical purposes, statistical analysis of e.g. web browser type, demographics (geographical region which connection is initiated from) as well as analysis of Users' behavior within the website in order to customize website content. The summaries do not contain any sensitive data.

The basis for processing data gathered automatically is the justified interest of Pijalnie (article 6, paragraph 1(f) of the GDPR), i.e. for the statistics purposes. Summaries and statistics do not contain any characteristics which could enable identification of a single User visiting the website.

Our site uses cookies to identify the User's individual preferences. Cookies do not contain any personal information. We apply this mechanism to remember - for the duration of the session - the following navigation parameters:

• side menu selected on the site on privacy in the Internet (so that this menu content is remembered when moving between particular sites of the domain).

• Data gathered automatically – for the statistic purposes, on the basis of the justified interest of Pijalnie (article 6, paragraph 1(f) of the GDPR);
• Cookies – for the statistics and commercial purposes, on the basis of consent granted by User (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). 

User has the right to access their data held by Pijalnie, right to rectify them, and delete them, limit their processing, object to the processing of data or right to transfer their data to indicated by User data administrator. User also has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data shall not affect the consent to the processing of personal data which was carried out in compliance with the consent prior to its withdrawal. Each data subject shall also have the right to make a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the law. 

The recipient of personal data, in addition to Pijalnie, can also be the IT service provider for the company Pijalnie.

User’s personal data will not be shared with any international organization or third world countries. The data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

6. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the rights to change this Privacy Policy presented above by updating our Privacy Policy on this website. The new policy will be effective from the date of its publication.
