DETAILED INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF CANDIDATES FOR CHOCOLATE LOUNGES FRANCHISEE

1.Personal data administrator

The administrator of your personal data will be Pijalnie Czekolady Ltd. based in Krakow (hereinafter: "Pijalnie Czekolady" or "we"). You can contact us:

2.Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data

We will process your personal data in order to:

a) assess your qualifications as a potential franchisee of Pijalnie Czekolady;

b) assess your skills and abilities required to conduct business as a franchisee of Pijalnie Czekolady;

c) choose the right person to become the franchisee of Pijalnie Czekolady.

The legal basis for processing your personal data:

Your consent to the processing of data provided in the application form, CV, cover letter and references.

Our legitimate interest – in regard to data collected during the interview. We have a legitimate interest in checking your skills and abilities - we need it to assess whether you are the right person as a potential franchisee of Pijalnie Czekolady.

Giving your consent and providing personal data is voluntary. However, withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data or refusal to provide this data will mean terminating the recruitment process, as further processing of your data will not be possible.

 

3.Personal data retention period

We will store your personal data until the recruitment process for franchisee of Pijalnie Czekolady is completed, unless you have given us a separate permission to process your personal data in other recruitment processes that we will carry out in the future. In this case, your personal data will be processed for a period of 1 year or until you withdraw your consent to processing your personal data.

 

4. Recipients of personal data

We will transfer your personal data to our suppliers who provide us with services related to the processing of personal data, e.g. service providers or IT systems or recruitment agencies. Such entities process personal data on the basis of a written agreement with us and only in accordance with our instructions. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

 

5. Your rights related to the processing of personal data and making automated decisions

You have the following rights related to the processing of your personal data:

a) the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data,

b) the right to access your personal data,

c) the right to request the rectification of your personal data,

d) the right to request the deletion of your personal data,

e) the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,

f) the right to object to the processing of your personal data due to your special situation - in cases where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest,

g) the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable IT format. You can send this data to another data administrator or request that we send your data to another administrator. However, we will only do this if this transfer is technically possible. The right to transfer personal data only applies to those data that we process on the basis of a contract with you or based on your consent.

To exercise the above rights, please contact us (contact details in points 1 and 2 above) and specify your task in the submitted application.

Please note that in order to check the basis of your application, you may be asked to provide additional information that authenticates your application.

The scope of each of the above rights and the cases in which you can exercise those rights result directly from legal provisions.  To determine which right you can use, depends, among others, on the purpose of processing and the legal basis on which we process your personal data.

 

6. The right to withdraw consent

To the extent in which your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent prior its withdrawal. You can withdraw your consent by sending your withdrawal statement to our correspondence address or to our e-mail address (contact details in points 1 and 2 above).

 

7. Right to lodge a complaint to the authority

You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body responsible for the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that we are processing your personal data in breach of applicable law.
